Our story

Our workshop story

Since 2021, Cycle Savvy has focused on straightforward workshop service, realistic schedules, and clear approval before extra work.

The workshop was founded by Ming Wai Chan with a simple aim: make bicycle maintenance easier to understand and easier to plan. That means clear intake, inspection first, and no surprises when the work is discussed.

Our service flow follows the bicycle from intake through inspection, quote approval, repair, quality check, and collection. This helps keep each step organised and gives customers a clear view of progress.

We work on general mechanical service rather than promising more than the bicycle needs. If parts are required, we confirm compatibility and price before ordering, and schedule timing may depend on parts availability.
