How Bicycle Servicing Works
Every service starts with a bicycle intake and a mechanical inspection. We check the condition of the brakes, gears, drivetrain, tyres, and other key parts so we can explain what needs attention before any work begins.
After the inspection, we separate urgent repairs from optional maintenance and confirm the scope with you. If parts are needed, we only order them after compatibility and price are confirmed, and completion timing depends on parts availability.

Our workshop follows a simple service process for everyday cyclists, families, and leisure riders in Hong Kong.
Our general bicycle servicing includes safety inspections, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. For more involved jobs, we prepare a custom quote based on the bicycle's condition and the work required.
Once repairs and adjustments are complete, we carry out a quality check and a post-service function check. Collection includes a clear service summary so you can see what was done and what was noted during the visit.
